They are currently looking for an experienced Lead Test Engineer to join an amazing team!

Position Description:
This is a highly technical position for a lead software test engineer with experience in functional, performance, reliability, automated and system integration testing across a variety of platforms. Primary responsibilities will include building to test plans, automation frameworks, scoping projects, mentoring junior members of the team and working with software engineers to interpret and thoroughly understand requirements. This individual should being self-driven to execute tasks with limited supervision.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in depth black box and white box testing
• Bachelors Degree or higher (CS, EE, Math, Information Technology or other technical area preferred)
• Previous programming experience with C++, C#, Java, Python, Ruby, or other OO languages required
• Advanced web development skills (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX and etc) required
• Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP required
• Previous automation experience required
• Demonstrated experience writing test plans and test cases
• Ability to track testing results and report metrics to management team
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux/Unix, and Mac OS X
• Strong attention to detail
• Passionate about defending product quality
• Superior written and verbal skills
• Self-motivated with good decision-making abilities
• Strong logical & problem solving skills
• Moderate SQL skills

Desired Skills:
• Database configuration, administration and design
• Previous experience with traffic shaping tools like Dummy Net or Shunra
• Sys Admin skills for setting up and maintaining development, testing and staging environments.
• Prior experience building or testing Flesh, Flex, and/or Silverlight based applications
