MouldingFX is a local manufacturer of custom doors and moulding for high-end homes, primarily selling to the western United States.
1. Recruit - Screen resumes/applications, interview candidates, post open positions, perform background checks.
2. Maintain Compliance - Oversee new hire paperwork process, employee files, compliance training to managers
3. Performance - Coach and train managers to develop processes to increase efficiency and productivity of employees, assist to develop and execute company strategy and reach company and departmental goals.
4. Develop and maintain safety program, continue to process and manage worker's comp claims.

The candidate will be Human Resources for the company and report directly to the owner and participate on the managment team.

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources management is preferred with a minimum one year of previous HR generalist or management experience. Experience recruiting for all levels of an organization. Bi-lingual in Spanish and prior manufacturing experience srongly preferred. Proven track record of identifying problem areas and implementing effective solutions and procedures. Demonstrated ability to work within timelines and in pressure situations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and computers in general.
